Within the framework of the meeting, large companies of the country - AMMC, Asaka Bank, NMMC, UzBAT - presented cases. They shared their achievements and best practices in interacting with university graduates and educational institutions themselves, told how to build a systematic approach to youth development in order to ensure the influx of the right personnel, revealed effective selection technologies that help them attract talented candidates with the greatest efficiency.
We also held a discussion with representatives of university career centers (MDIS, WIUT, AMITY). There was a lot of discussion about student expectations, what mistakes employers make when working at career days at universities, and how to improve the dialogue between potential employees and employers.
During the meeting, the participants were able to get acquainted with the results of the Association's survey among students "What motivates young professionals and what do they expect from an employer?"
