A reference visit to the Severstal office in Yaroslavl on March 15 and 16

During the reference visit, participants learned about Service Center operations, projects and approaches to establishing a CLC, re-engineering, maximizing and efficient business process design, and customer service management.

Special attention was paid to unique digital services of Severstal-CES and IT infrastructure solutions for CSCs, HR processes and their potential in the context of automation and robotization in CSCs of such functions as recruitment, specialized call centers, training, development and evaluation of personnel.
