Конференция «Стратегические ориентиры развития государственной гражданской службы: опыт Узбекистана и ЕС»

Person Hunters и Ассоциация работодателей Узбекистана приняли участие в конференции «Стратегические ориентиры развития государственной гражданской службы: опыт Узбекистана и ЕС», организованной АРГОС совместно с Немецким обществом международного сотрудничества (GIZ).

На конференции обсуждались ключевые аспекты улучшения государственной службы и управления человеческими ресурсами, включая стратегическое планирование, современные вызовы, лидерство, управление переменами и цифровизацию. В центре внимания находилось внедрение инноваций в государственное управление.

Юлия Яковлева (директор Person Hunters LTD), Гульнора Урманова (исполнительный директор Ассоциации работодателей Узбекистана) и Хилола Рахимбердиева (руководитель направления оценки персонала в Person Hunters) активно участвовали в обсуждениях.
